Bad Reputation Great album This is one of my favorite Thin Lizzy albums. Its so unlike what was going on at the time; you find rock with a soulful feel here, at times a funky thing going on. Pretty much every track on the album is a favorite, I end up listeneing to this from beginning to end without skipping a thing.

The smugglers trail that leads to the opium den The Chinese connection refines to heroin Depart the heart you crave again It clears your pain You soul is claimed again, my love You feel the need, it lets you bleed You must concede, my love No one to blame, no shame You crave again and again, my love No use to plead From you it feeds, my love.

Bad Reputation is one of four Thin Lizzy cds that are considered the band's best work, number three to be exact. From what I've read, Dancing In The Moonlight was a minor hit from this album, but most likely a hit everywhere but America. Why the songs Bad Reputaion and Opium Trail weren't smash hits is a total mystery we'll probably never figure out/5().
